TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLITICAL ANALYSIS AND ECONOMIC STUDIES, LLC, AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES BASED ON YOUR USE OF THE MATERIAL AND ITS CONTENT.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Political Analysis and Economic Studies, LLC, its licensors and suppliers, all of their affiliates, and all of their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, legal representatives, agents, successors and assigns, from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and professionals' fees and court costs) arising out of any third party claims based on or related to your use of the Materials or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
