Obama’s Greek Formula: Tax, Spend, Repeat….

Having a president that doesn’t believe in American Exceptionalism has dire consequences. Having a president that only believes in himself and is incapable of looking beyond his oversized ego is outright dangerous.
Obama’s budget only confirms that he is intent in turning America into some kind of Socialist European experiment: tax and spend until we becomeGreece all the while blaming others for each and every one of his dismal failures.
The worst part? He is getting away with it!
His discourse, demagoguery, and the help of the most biased media I have ever witnessed are all factors that are blinding the American People, dividing them, turning them against one another. All of this part of Obama’s strategy to create more and more people that depend on what is becoming the untamed power of an authoritarian government.
All we have to do is look at the faces of those who attend his rallies. Those are not the faces of objective, rational, thinking people. Those are the faces of people who are under a spell, who have closed their minds to anything that is not spoon-fed to them by Obama and his acolytes, and who refuse to look after their own interests because they have been convinced that a nanny government knows better than anybody what each individual wants or needs. Those are the faces of victims. Victims of lies, fantasies, and promises that will never be fulfilled. Those are the faces of people that have given up their individuality and are selling their soul to a snake charmer that is driving them to a perennial state of entitlements enslavement.
Try to argue with these people and offer them the facts. They will immediately resort to their well-learned talking points and personal attacks. They will bring out the hatred that Obama has instilled in them against anyone that dares to question his policies or motives.
Try to prove them wrong with the truth. They will immediately recall the spin and misinformation from their Orwellian subliminal training and will dismiss those stubborn facts that contradict their indoctrination.
Try to show them the true face of Obama, the most accomplished of Saul Alinsky’s followers and you will be showered with insults and epithets.
Try to open their eyes. It will be impossible.
Many of them are way beyond the point of no return.
Obama does not believe in American Exceptionalism and therefore, does not believe in the American People. His obsession with redistributing wealth, punishing success, spending in expanding the networks for a perverse welfare state, and ignoring the Constitution in a cynical display of abuse of power, confirm that he is as authoritarian as the worst of the world tyrants. He believes in himself and his rights to be above the law, above the People, above our values and traditions, and even above God himself. And this is not an exaggeration. Those who have watched his actions carefully have witnessed the ways in which he has presented himself as a savior, as “the one we have been waiting for”, as the one who works in ways “like Jesus would”.
I find it appalling to see that many don’t realize this; that so many millions of Americans remain mesmerized by him and are adamant defenders of their dear leader. It is sadly amazing to see how many Americans have surrendered their liberty obediently following the word of their shepherd. It is dangerously evident how this individual is succeeding in convincing half the country that the American model is flawed and that those principles and values that made America the greatest country in the history of humankind are now obsolete and should be replaced with an entitlement state where only he and people like him can dictate what is best in our lives.
How did this happen and what can we do to make this stop?
It happened because we Conservatives were not vigilant enough and allowed him to grow with only lukewarm warnings about the dangers that Obama represents. It happened because we failed to hold the media accountable for their bias and we feared their backlash and their power to affect public opinion. It happened because we never thought it could get to this point and we did not fight back hard enough with the facts and we did not raise enough red flags at the very moment when each Obama excess was taking place.
What can we do to make this stop?
We have to first realize that this is the worst time to give up and that it is now that we need to be more energized than ever. We have to gather all the facts and relentlessly find an outlet to inform the People of the consequences of four more years of tyranny.
We have to call Obama’s bluffs and expose his lies; we have to demand accountability from the media and expose their bias, call them on it in any public forum for the people to start noticing; we have to strengthen our grassroots efforts and recruit more Conservatives willing to stick our necks out and spread the truth even if that means being shunned, insulted, or even hurt.
We have to demand that our candidates focus on Obama and not on one another. We have to make them realize that infighting is futile if that is going to result in losing in November. We have to demand that they unite in the common cause to step up the criticism of this administration, get louder, get noisier, and get more visible.
We have to take a page of Obama’s strategy and start giving speeches, demanding the media to broadcast them widely and often; we have to push and push until our message starts penetrating and resonating even among those that are still under the spell of Obama’s demagoguery. We have to get out and punt the pavement, knock on doors, get spaces in radio and TV in those times and days with the widest audience numbers.
We have to publish data every single day, bombarding the media outlets with facts and figures that prove to be irrefutable and that would expose those who would refuse to make them public as biased members of the truth-hiding contingent.
How many people you know are aware of the many bills PASSED by the Republican majority in the House and STALLED on Harry Reid’s desk on Obama’s instructions?
How many people you know are aware of the Democrat Senate REFUSING to present a budget (for more than three years) and of Reid’s assertion that the Senate does not really need to pass one?
How many people you know realize that Timothy Geithner was instrumental in implementing TARP with no strings attached to the banks? (Something that Democrats still blame on President Bush).
How many people you know are aware (really aware) of the so-called (and bogus) “recess appointments” made by Obama, and the Constitutional consequences of this type of actions?
Who is going to be the first to expose Obama as the elitist he is, throwing “Alice in Wonderland” parties at the White House with the US in the middle of the recession, playing a record number of rounds of golf, renting the most expensive property in Hawaii for his vacation, letting his wife spend ten million dollars on vacations herself, all the while declaring himself as the “champion of the middle class” and waging the most blatant class warfare we have ever seen in this country?
Who is going to be the first to expose this hypocrisy and point out this barefaced abuse of power?
Every day that we don’t act is a day that Obama and his teams will use to their advantage and will continue to permeate public opinion with lies, misconceptions, and misinformation.
It is time for all of us Conservatives to take back the national discourse and begin to set the national topics. It is time for our candidates to turn their batteries to the real threat and to make sure that the American People understand why Obama must be a one-term president.
The left continues to play the victim on this because nobody on our side has explained clearly what we mean when we talk about “one term”. They use this against us and give us all kinds of labels.
Somebody HAS to put the statement and the reasons in the same sentence! Somebody has to explain in the same breath that “one term president” is whatAmericaneeds BECAUSE x, y and z. Nobody has done it this way, and we just cannot afford to keep missing the obvious.
The time is now.
Not tomorrow, not next week, and certainly not until the Convention.
Obama is not waiting. He is campaigning in full force and we are still stuck with a lack of consistency, message, and reach.
It is time to flood the media with the facts; to force ourselves into the national dialogue, to take leadership of the issues and the solutions.
It is time to expose Obama for the fraud AND THE DANGER that he is.
The time is now.
